Water-based self-drying glass paint

This product is suitable for surface coating of glass materials. It can be used for glass cosmetic bottles, glass bottles, glass plating, glass lighting, glass reflective bulbs, glass tea sets, glass sacred balls and other glass products. The paint film has the characteristics of good adhesion, high hardness and water immersion.

1. Solid content: 45 ± 1%

2. Dry time: self-drying at room temperature or baking at 70 ° C - 100 ° C × 10 minutes

3. Dry film thickness: 25-30μm

4. Gloss: high light, matte

5. Hardness: 1H or more

6. Adhesion: ≤ one level.

7. Water resistance: ≥ 48 hours

8. When used: 100 parts of water paint + (1.5 ~ 2) parts of auxiliary + appropriate amount of tap water

9. Construction conditions: spray dip coating

It has good water dilution, low odor, safety, environmental protection and easy construction. After boring, it can withstand water, has a fast drying speed, high hardness, good adhesion and toughness, and is suitable for water-based transparent protective gold oil of glass products. The product has been verified by SGS to meet the requirements of the EU toy safety standard EN71Part3.
