Characteristics and construction process of water-based crack paint
- 2018-07-18-

Water-based crack paint is pure water-based paint (painted in water-based cracks, bright), clean taste, can be diluted with water, used for medium coating, primer and top coat can be selected from general latex paint or water-based metal paint. It does not need to be equipped with special primer and topcoat. It can be cracked naturally (it will not crack like ordinary water-based crack paint or blown by air duct). It can be 10 square meters per kilogram.

Construction process:

1. Bottom color paint: firstly coated with colored latex paint (preferred to use good latex paint, better for exterior wall paint) or waterborne metal paint ;

, medium lacquer: (Tongming) roll coating with clear crack paint twice (rolling construction) > ;

, topcoat: After the crack lacquer (halfway) is completely dry, coated with colored latex paint (preferred to use good latex paint, the exterior wall paint is better). The topcoat should be diluted as much as possible without water, and the spray coating is recommended for a more uniform effect. The thicker the topcoat, the larger the crack, and the thinner the topcoat, the smaller the crack.

Note:

A. It is better to use the crack coating paint for two times.

B. Uniform cracked enamel paint and topcoat should be evenly applied;

C. After the crack paint (halfway) is completely dry top coat can be applied. (The crack paint can be applied to the top coat without being completely dry. However, if the top coat is too thick, there may be sagging.)

D. The poor latex paint is quick to dry and the crack is relatively dense and small. A good emulsion or metal paint is slow to dry when the topcoat is used, and the crack is relatively rare and large.

E. When applying the topcoat, it should not be too thin, and the coating should not be too thick. The quick-drying topcoat can be slightly thicker, and the slow-drying topcoat can be slightly . Avoid sag.
